No cancellation on Pre Order Items. Upon receipt of your item if you're unhappy or its unsuitable please use the below returns proceedure.
RETURNS PROCEDUREFull-priced goods in saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style, or returned for store credit (valid 6 months). A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping. Items can only be returned within 7 days after receiving them, after this time all sales are final.PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, strictly no refund or exchanges on sale items.Please email email@example.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. Upon receiving RA, enclose together with your original order form and goods. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable.In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, the Lovers & Drifters club will not be liable if there is no tracking information. Items returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. Customers are liable for return shipping costs from the Lovers & Drifters club. We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
